challenge back where I was about 2 yrs. ago at 127 lbs. I can't fit into anything in my closet & I've been so depressed I've been close to tears most of the last few days.

Sunday 11/20, Breakfast 2 cups of coffee & a bowl of Rice krispees, w/lactose free milk. Lunch was hit or miss about 6 granham crackers w/peanut butter & fluff. Not good I know. Dinner was a small piece of steak & alot of salad.

Exercise today was non existant. I hope my week goes better. Stress levels are very high around here right now. Dee

Breakfast bowl of Rice Krispies, lactose free milk, 2 cups of coffee. A peanut butter & jelly sandwich for luch, thin on peanut butter & jelly, a bottle of water, Hamburger for dinner a handful of chips & coleslaw. Not a great day. Did 7,000 steps at work today but other then that no exercise again. I just can't get into the groove of it. dee
