If nothing else I'm persisitent. I wish there was a better view of what it was looking like. That space is definitely to small to be able to get a good feel of where it is & how it looks.

9/16 Breakfast 2 cups of coffee w/skim milk, 2 poached eggs on whole wheat english muffins.


Lunch, 1 cup of spagetti, it was all I could fit in between planting.


Dinner, chicken, peas, & a large salad. I love those spritzer salad dressings.


Snack tonight, 1 creamsicle, sugar free, fat free


I spent most of today digging weeding & planting perenials for next yr. in front yard. later this week I intend to do some in back & on the side of the house. We're getting frost tonight or so they say & I needed to get those perenials in. Only exercise I got was a 2 mile stationary bike ride.
