Oct. 2, Breakfast, 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, 2 cups of coffee w/lactose free, lowfat milk in coffee & oatmeal.
Lunch, Yogurt & pistachios, just wasn't hungry
Dinner, 3 very small pieces of pizza. it was the keep in the freezer kind.
Water about 28 ozs. Stomach hasn't been well today & I just can't seem to stay awake. Since we got back from our weekend away I feel tired all the time & my stomach hasn't been right.
