Oct. 2, Breakfast, 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, 2 cups of coffee w/lactose free, lowfat milk in coffee & oatmeal.


Lunch, Yogurt & pistachios, just wasn't hungry


Dinner, 3 very small pieces of pizza. it was the keep in the freezer kind.


Water about 28 ozs. Stomach hasn't been well today & I just can't seem to stay awake. Since we got back from our weekend away I feel tired all the time & my stomach hasn't been right.

Oct. 5, breakfast 1/2 cup oatmeal, w/lactose free milk & 1 slice of whole wheat toast. @ cups of coffee.


Lunch, Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, ham & provolone cheese, w/spritzer. 1 8 oz. cup of yogurt.


Dinner 1 cup of wheat spagetti & 2 slices of whole grain bread.


Snack, 1 sugar free popsicle


32 ozs. water.


Felt almost human today, didn't all asleep in the middle of the day 7 got some bulbs planted w/dh's help. Tomorrow we have a field trip to the coast to check out tide pools & touch tanks.

Oct. 6 - Breakfast, 1/2 cup oatmeal. 1 slice whole wheat toast, 2 cups coffee w/lactose free milk in coffee & oatmeal


lunch - 8 oz. cup of Blueberry low fat yogurt


Dinner - 6-8 oz. steak, beef rice (Rice a Roni) about 1 cup, 2 slices of sour dough bread


Water about 38 ozs.


A bit better on the water, may have ate too much for dinner but I was really hungry.

Lunch 1 8oz cup bluberry yogurt


Dinner 2 hamburgers on a roll w/2 handfulls of chips


We got busy donw int eh cellar & before i knew it it was 3 PM so grabbed the yogurt. made up for it at dinner I guess


Water about 36 ozs., not enough

October 9th, breakfast - 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/lactose free milk, 2 cups of coffee w/same milk. No toast, was running late for my dance class.


Lunch 1 8oz. cup yogurt.


Dinner large bowl of beef strew dh made in our new crock pot. had potaoes & carrots in it. 2 slices of melon.


Water 40 ozs.
