Wow. How late am I???? In my defense though I have been keeping a journal in a notebook. I'll just start from today if that's okay.
I had regular cheddar cheese about an ounce, I'm guessing though so that may not be totally accurate, but I think it's pretty close.
Here's my entry for today 8/31/07
Breakfast: Slimfast shake (terrible tasting, won't be drinking that again)
9/1/07 (Do I need to start a new journal??)
Breakfast: wheat toast, scrambled eggs, 1 glass OJ, coffee cream/sugar
Lunch: salad w tuna, fat-free Italian dressing, 1 peach, water
Snack: granola bar, water
Dinner: steak, baked potato(low-fat margarine/ low-fat sour-cream),

There has been so much going on these last few days.... Anyway, here we go..

English muffin, apple, and coffee/cream & sugar
Lunch: chicken ceaser salad, water, yogurt
Snack:
