breakfast - 1.5 rotis ( like pita bread, made with flour, salt and 1 tsp canola oil), 1 scrambled egg, tea
snack (looks like mid morning meal) - 5 baby carrots , 1 slice of bread with honey on it, cereal in milk (1 cup milk + 1/2
cup honey bunches of oats cereal)
lunch - LETTUCE , 2 ROTIS + CURRY (PUMPKIN + MUTTON + ONIONS + OIL + SPICES + CORIANDER)
snack - TEA + 1 BREAD SLICE TOASTED WITH MARGARINE
dinner - 1/2 CUP RICE + CURRY + DAL (it is like a soup made with red lentils that goes well with rice) + SALAD
Hope Itz not too much stress to understand...
walked on treadmill - 1 mile
water - 120 oz

1. roti's are made of wheat flour
2. size of roti's is around 7 inches in diameter
3. yeah the curry goes inside the roti like a sandwich
yeah I realize that I need to add some fruits. I have the issues of throat infections when I add fruits or yoghurt to my diet. I take LEVOXYL for hypothyroidism. But let me introduce again and see....

snack - TEA + cheese sandwich + 1 tsp noodles + 2 bites samosa (I feel bad here as I was controlling very well in the house and spoilt the day by going to a friends place)
snack2 - 1 pear
dinner - 1/2 CUP RICE + CURRY + SALAD
snack - 1 cookie
walked on treadmill - 1 mile
water - 100 oz
I feel really good that I am here. I wish I cud have been here a lil earlier, but I believe that itz never too late. Thanks Sue.
yeah I just tried to eat a fruit, It causes a lil discomfort in my throat. But I do eat fruit now and then. I will try to eat one fruit every day and see wt happens .... The cookie I ate was a small one....
Also I take levoxyl 0.1 mg everyday and as I am nursing I am on the multivitamin PRECARE
Recipe :
Ingredients
set 1:
2 medium sized onions
3 tbspns oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1'' ginger crushed
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb mutton
set 2:
1 lb beans
1 potato
pressure cook the ingredients in "SET 1" till the meat is done. once the meat is done. Add the "SET 2" to this and cook till the veg are just done. Add a cup of coriander leaves.
FOR MOST OF THE CURRIES THE SET1 IS SAME AND THEN SET2 I ADD WT EVER VEGGIES I WANT TO.

snack - tea, 1 pear, 1 slice whole wheat bread sandwich (1 tsp Mozarella cheese, ketchup, 1/2 tsp ground chkn curry)(I was very hungry, That is why I made a sandwich)
dinner - RICE + chicken CURRY + beans curry + tamarind sauce + SALAD(onions, carrots, tomato, lettuce)
walked on treadmill - 1.3 mile
water - 100 oz
Also Sue, I put my Journal in the "Daily Weekly Reports" by mistake. Can u please move it to the journals. The fruit does not make my throat scratch. I just feel I might get throat infection kind of mostly when I eat fruits. Now that I am eating much better than earlier, I want to add everything to my diet. Appreciate ur time and effort. Thanks

lunch - made a sandwich with 1 roti ( stuffing - baked chicken drumstick shredded, lettuce, carrots, 1 tsp mayo)
snack - tea, 1 tsp of paste ( Just tasted it)
snack2 - 1 cup milk
dinner - chinese fried rice (1/2 cup uncooked rice - 1 serving) ( added very little oil just enough to saute the veggies and egg), 1 chicken drumstick baked, salad
