1. roti's are made of wheat flour

2. size of roti's is around 7 inches in diameter

3. yeah the curry goes inside the roti like a sandwich

yeah I realize that I need to add some fruits. I have the issues of throat infections when I add fruits or yoghurt to my diet. I take LEVOXYL for hypothyroidism. But let me introduce again and see....

Appreciate the time and advice.

Also I take levoxyl 0.1 mg everyday and as I am nursing I am on the multivitamin PRECARE

Recipe :

Ingredients

2 medium sized onions
3 tbspns oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1'' ginger crushed
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb mutton
set 2:
1 lb beans
1 potato

pressure cook the ingredients in "SET 1" till the meat is done. once the meat is done. Add the "SET 2" to this and cook till the veg are just done. Add a cup of coriander leaves.

FOR MOST OF THE CURRIES THE SET1 IS SAME AND THEN SET2 I ADD WT EVER VEGGIES I WANT TO.

I just feel I might get throat infection kind of mostly when I eat fruits. Now that I am eating much better than earlier, I want to add everything to my diet. Appreciate ur time and effort. Thanks
