march 1st:

breakfast - 1 slice of bread with with fried egg with cheese, tea

snack - 1/2 banana, apple, yoghurt

lunch - roti, curries, rice(abt 2 tablespoons)

snack1 - sandwich 1 wheat bread slice(70 cal)(cheese, bellpeppers, onions ketchup), tea

snack2 - 1/2 banana

dinner - roti, rice, chicken tikka(baked boness chicken made with spices and oil spray)

water - 8 glasses

treadmill - 2.75 miles, 30 minutes floor excercises

This week I did not eat very good because my husband was sick but tried to get more excercise in. Today at my weigh in I am happy that I am at the same weight as I was last week. No gain , No loss .... Hope to do good next week and make some changes in my diet. Thanks for the help. (165/153/145)

march 2nd :

snack1 - 1 slice of bread with margarine, tea

snack2 - 1/2 banana

dinner - roti, rice, curries (dal, tomato chutney(sauce), chicken curry)

water - about 8 glasses

treadmill - 2 miles

march 3rd

breakfast - egg, bread 1 slice, tea

snack - 1/2 cup yoghurt, 1 pear

snack2 - 2 samosas, tea, 1 bite of cake ( friend's place)

lunch - roti, curries

dinner - 1 pita bread with curry

snack - 1 date, tea (needed this because throat was scratchy)

water - about 8 glasses

treadmill - 1.5 miles

march 4th:

breakfast - 1 cup cereal with 1 cup milk, tea (I had volunteered at my son's school for book fair, So just had to eat something fast and be out)

snack - fruit mixed (strawberry, orange, grapes, pineapple), 1 samosa, 2 bites of snack (snack at book fair)

lunch - roti, curries

snack - 5 ritz crackers, 1 date, tea

dinner - 1 roti, curries, rice

water - I am not sure

treadmill - none

I have very bz days here from saturday.

Yesterday I had my 2nd day of volunteering at book fair.

Today I was watching my friend's son 3.5 year old (My friend is hospitalized). With 3 children(my 2 children(3.5 yrs, 6 month old) I had a very very bz day today.

Trying to eat the best I can.

Just thought I wud drop a note that I will start writing my journal as soon as I get little free.

I AM BACK...

MARCH 7TH

bfast - egg, bread 1.5 slice, tea

snack - yoghurt, 3/4 apple, 1 date

afternoon - roti, curry, little rice

snack2 - tea, 1 cookie

snack - 1.5 slice of bread with cheese

dinner - 2 rotis, curries, little rice, 2 bites of sweet

water- more than 6 glasses

i was watching my friends kid so no excercise
