Doesn't look bad.
the soup did not have veggies... I am going to add up some fruits and veggies today... I appreciate ur taking time to review it..... Have a Nice Day ...:-)

brkfast -- 1 slice of bread + tea... (Didn't want to eat before going to gym)
snack -- banana
lunch --- haleem (made with oatmeal, lentils, meat), little rice + curry
tea + ritz crackers
dinner -- pita , chiken, little rice
burned about 500 cal in gym......
divided brkfast in 2 parts
1 before gym -- tea +slice of bread
1 after gym -- oatmeal
banana + strawberry yoghurt
lentils soup + rice + potato
1.5 pita with lentils soup and chicken
