I appreciate your suggessions .....

sandwich made with 2 slices of bread , cheese, chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions .... + tea

1/2 banana + bread sandwich with mint chutney and cucumbers , tomatoes, onions ....

rice + tomato sauce (made in the house) + mint chutney + chicken

tea + crackers

little mango and pear

rice + mint chutney + tomato sauce....

few almonds

worked out for about an hour at gym...

(I added veggies and fruits :-) ).....
