Well we are finally back on the up swing from the tummy eww that was going on in the house. So here is today's menu:
Breakfast-skipped again because DH forgot to set the alarm and we flew to church.
Lunch- Elbow macaroni with spagetti sause, and ground hamburger in it. Basically spagetti with meat sauce, but I used elbows instead of spagetti noodles, with a huge glass of water.
Dinner-We picniced at the lake to watch fireworks at the Dam. I brought my own cooler so I did good. I had tuna salad on wheat bread, carrots, blueberry yogurt that was 99% fat free, and a real Pepsi with all the calories and fat and it was wonderful (I promised myself one every Sunday if I am really good all week) When the pepsi was gone I drank an apple juice then water.
Snack- One smore, just one I did it!!!! And 2 more roasted marshmellows.
Water was at 64 oz today!
Exercise was playing frisbee, soccer, and tag with all the kids at the lake.
Tomorrow is weigh in so I am hoping to see a positive result.
