Today I had Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal for breakfast, Bite size Tortilla chips with cheese and chili dip for lunch, and ham with macaroni and cheese, wild rice, and cream corn for dinner.

I have drank 32 oz of water, 48 oz of koolaid, and one Sierra Mist Free.

I didn't excercise today.

Thank you Cyndi, I totally understand, there was a moment while I was typing that I thought to myself...just put down a nice salad for lunch, but then I knew that was the entire point of journaling, to learn the good bad and ugly of my habits, so honesty is the policy.

Thank you for letting me know I am not alone with the thoughts of guilt.

The suggestions are great. I know I need more fruit and vegetables, but that will have to wait for DH's payday and the next trip to the grocery store.

I was just laid off from my job on May 25th, and it came REALLY unexpected, so we are struggling to even out the budget.

The koolaid is not sugar free, but I did make it with Splenda instead of sugar, so that helps. I use to drink alot of Tea, but I can't anymore, it causes me to get Kidney stones.

Man, I feel like the problem kid that has an excuse for everything...lol...I will tell you the up side of the kidney stones, I can't eat chocolate anymore either...lol.

I will try to dig through the freezer and pantry for more healthy choices ;o)

Sorry so late, but I got distracted this morning...

Yesterday (Tuesday) for breakfast I had 1/2 cup of Life Cereal with 1/2 cup of 2% milk, a blueberry muffin (low fat), and a cup of juice, For lunch I had a hot dog on a bun, Low fat chips, and a glass of koolaid, and for dinner I had a pulled pork BBQ sandwich, peas, and leftover macaroni and cheese with a glass of milk. For my before bed snack I had some dried fruit I found in the back of the pantry (a bag of it, not just old fruit hiding back there...lmbo).

I drank 68 oz of water!!!! Jumping up and down, doing a little cart wheel.

I walked with Dh for 2 laps around the block and like to have passed out...lol.

Sounds good Jess and HORAY on the exersize and water. The food was really pretty good too :)

hey Jess sorry I have been missing ,my kids are moving and we have been packing ande trying to get the truck loaded for the final part of their trek even though they are only going an hour away it will seem forever. Hope all is going great with you
