Today is my first full day back at work :( I haven't cried today so that is a good thing I guess. I don't think I'll ever be over the guilt of being a working mom. Baby Vada is with my Mom....thank goodness for that. It is quite a lot of driving but worth it not to worry about my baby's care.

The weekend summary.....not great but not terrible either.

Friday night we ate out...Mom and I shared a steak sub, no mayo on my half.

Saturday I didn't get to eat a meal until late so I did a lot of snacking in the a.m. hours. Saturday night was a b-day party...had about a half cup of pulled pork bbq, about a half cup of cole slaw, handful of chips and a chocolate chip cookie. I *could* have had 2nds

Last night we ended up with Italian since tonight is the McD's school fundraiser thing. I ate half of a spaghetti w/ tomato sauce.

Tuesday, 2/8

B: Special K bar and a banana

S: 100 calorie "Popsters" (basically Poptart chips, lol)

L: I had 10 minutes for lunch...yay! Bad morning

Not bad, but can you pack some veggies and dip (even precut veggies would help) and fuits....they make apples that are already cut up??

Yes! I buy a lot of precut apples....my DD likes them in her lunch. If I cut a whole apple it browns (even with a little lemon juice rubbed on them) and she won't eat it. WalMart also sells little pre-sliced packs with either a f/f yogurt dip or carmel dip....I think they are a dollar.

We are supposed to hit 60 this weekend and no snow on the ground so grilling is a possibility!!

Hoping some warmer temps get to you soon!
