Ok day is the first of April my goal for the end of the month is 135. That will be 4lbs. My current weight is 139. I think that is a good goal. I am trying to stick with my 1600 maybe try 1500 calories. Exercise still try at least 1 hour per day. I think that will help. thanks again for all those who continue to support me.

Exercise was ok walked 3.75miles on treadmill 47.59min.
Did 25min video
Calories lets not even go there. I know where I made the mistake. I know that an occasional overage is ok. I am fine with it. I did go under yesterday and will tomorrow plus I did exercise!!
So I am somewhat on track tomorrow will be much better!!!

Overall good weekend.
so far today has been good.

I rode the ride for over75min walked on the treadmill for 52min and did my 25min video. I know the next couple of days will be crazy so I did all I could for today!! When I get that much done is feel so releved!! Thanks again for all the support I am on my way for my goal of 136 this month
