Well everything is still going well this year!I was hoping that the last of the wt would come off as easy as the rest but it is not so. Anyway I have been exercising most days for 2.5 hours and trying to eat 1600 calories. My sister in law is a nutritionist and said that the more you work out the more calories you need-good calories! So she said I could see a better wt loss if I slightly increase calories or decrease working out. Both are really hard to imagine. You always think work more lose more. So I thought I would give it a try. We also bought a bike to ride so I have been trying to do exercise video's 5-6 days a week, ride the bike everyday and then walk on the treadmill 5-6 days a week. I know that this wt will eventually come off. I would like to be 118-120 right now I am 141lbs. Everyone always says you look great for having two kids but I really want to just be back to prebaby. Anyway thanks again for all the support I receive on this bored it really helps to know that others are out there too!!

Well I am still exercising I still really have it in my mind that if I don't exercise both treadmill, bike and then video I am failing! I did how ever take the weekend slightly off only exercising a little. the last two night I have been back to burning around 1200-1800 (what the machines say) per evening. I also increased my calories slightly. I still would like to eat only 1650 max calories and exercise 2-2.5 hours a day. My kids really do keep me busy so I find myself exercising at night. I really feel like my goal is achievable if I stick with it. I really would like to look great this summer when I swim. Anyway current wt. still around 141-144lbs. So more to lose. I think that my end goal is 118lbs. I just went to the store the other day and actually fit in a size 8!! My largest (right after baby) was size 16/18 so I do feel like even though it has taken me two years the wt is coming off. So if I really stick with it maybe this year I will meet my goal. Thanks so much I read this board daily thanks also for all the support!! You guys are great!

I have backed down from exercising so much! I think that if I try 1.5 hours on the bike 30min on treadmill and then the video and see what that does. I know that I trend to over eat at time with snack foods and I have been good lately. I am still around 141-144 so not much change there but I did take 4 days off in the last week. I am starting fresh can't go back right? Anyway I really hope to lose the last 20lbs by the time we open our pool. So I can wear a two piece. That is okay for a mom with two kids right?? LOL!! I am only 26 anyway. Sue thanks again for all your support. I think that I read on your info that you use to be an RN? I am one too. I took my boards last June!! Past first time. Right now I am staying home with my kids. Thanks again for everything

Your exercise sounds pretty good to me!
