Ok I took a little too much time off. I was starting to get discouraged when I did not lose wt and was exercise, so today is March 1. My new goal is 139lbs by the end of the month. I am currently 145lbs (gained 2-3 lbs.) last month. so I am going to try to exercise for 1.5 hours a day- 25 min. video, 30 min on treadmill and 30 on bike. Hopefully that will work. I am also trying to stay near 1500 calories. I think that is a good goal. Thanks for the support I know I will get :)

Well the first day went ok. I ate a little over the ideal calories probably closer to 2200 but I also want to add that I am an extrememly active during the day. With two small children. As far as actual exercise I rode the bike for 33 min. and did the 25 min video just left the treadmill off. I hope to look good by swimsuit time LOL!! We had a pool put in last Nov. and I dont want to look horrible outside. Thanks again for the support. Kelly

Well I have the exercise under control for now. It is the eating I need to work on. I did my 40 min treadmill, 35 min bike and then Densie Austin show (taped) in the evening. I just can't get the calories under control still ate 2100. self control I need to work on that. hopefully today will be good. Thanks again for all the support!! Kelly

Do you figure out your calories as you are eating them.....or at the end of the day??

Well on the frige I do keep a running total of the calories for the day. For some reason late in the day I have trouble with will power. today I went way over probably around 2500 but I did ride the bike for 35 min and exercise for 25 min. It seems that I slowly build up the will power. I also need to get the "bad" foods from the house. Thanks again for the support my goal for next week is to have 4 of the 7 days with good calorie intakes and then 7*7 days exercise at least some. I know my days are crazy so I think those are good goals. Wt today 146 Kelly

Well today was a little better I ate probably still a little too much but yeah I am getting better this morning I wt 144 so that was good. I exercised for 25 min did half of the treadmill time 21min. Was planning on doing bike and more treadmill...but this my son got sick all over the carpet so I decided to steam clean the upstairs carpet, trust me that in itself was a workout. I did that for at least 1 hour. So today was not all that bad. Calories was 2100 exercise was about 2 hours. I did get rid of some of the foods that I was snacking on. I will keep working on it. My long term goal- well not that too far away Sept.- is 115-120 I am 5'3 so I think that this is a good goal. The goal for the month though is 139. I sometime think that breaking into a lower number group is hard. I know when I broke 150 it felt like it was easy to get to 145 not sure why. Anyway thanks again for all the support. Kelly

My starting goal this year was 146 so I a little decrease. I have been as low as 140 this year so.... Any way calories still around 2000 but I am exercise more so that is ok. Rode bike for 33 min, 25 video and 33 treadmill tomorrow's goal is to exercise same and then also reduce calories goal for end of week 143-144lbs Kelly
