August already! Wow!
Starting point in January: 211 lbs, weight as of last Friday: 158- loss of 53 lbs! Goal is currently 145 lbs, so I have 13 to go.
breakfast (late b/c of my dr appt): fried egg, toast with butter
snack: 100 cal pack of cookies, diet DP
snack at gym: granola bar (they have 120 calories)
lunch: spaghetti with meatsauce
lunch #2: 1/2 spinach & guac sandwich, 2 clementines
dinner: ham, salad
snack: cookie- dh brought some home tonight, I didn't plan for it, but I am trying to make up for it
if needed: snack of an apple
water: 128 oz
exercise: 20 min bike at gym (was going to do more but the child care center paged me)
30 min in the pool with the kids
20 min 'blading tonight (was going to do more again, but it was getting dark b/c I got a later start than I planned)
Dh & I are working on a computer project, so no physical activity there! We are trying to put together some slide shows of the pics of the family reunion in England for all of the families.
My dr appt today- thankfully dd slept in until 7:40 which meant I slept that long, so I didn't have as much time to be hungry as I normally would with a 6 am wake up! :) The dr thinks I might have hypothyroidism b/c of the constipation even with the good eating/water/exercise, so he did a test and if there are any problems I should hear about it tomorrow. I did some 'net research & it wouldn't surprise me one bit, I have several of the symptoms, but never realized that they could be connected to my thyroid. Will keep you posted!
