starting point: 211 lbs, currently 169- loss of 42 lbs! Yippee! No real goal at this point, just trying to see where things go with the current plan.

AF started today. :( This month it is especially hard with some other stresses happening plus the baby was due this month. So I feel my control slipping some, but I am trying hard to keep eating healthy & for the right reasons (hunger, not comfort).

breakfast: fried egg, cantelope, toast with butter

snack: shrimp with cocktail sauce

snack: choc cupcake, 1/2 diet DP

lunch: spaghetti (whole wheat noodles)

snack: fruit salad

snack: 100 cal pack of cookies

snack: graham cracker (all that was available in the car)

dinner: turkey burger- patty only, with mustard, fruit salad

dinner #2: 1/2 cheese sandwich, steamed broccoli

snack: if needed probably a pudding cup or yogurt, maybe some more of that addictive fruit salad!

water: 132 oz

exercise: none this morning, planning a video soon

I took care of one of the stresses (on my end, can't control what others do of course) & today I am doing better emotionally. Part of the problem is my mom's tendancy to think that being an ostrich is going to make things better rather than dealing with them. Anyway......

lunch: cheese ravoli with tomato sauce

snack: tortilla with avocado

snack: fruit salad

dinner #1: steamed broccoli, bread with butter

dinner #2: meatballs, spinach with dressing

snack: tortilla with avocado

snack: grapes

if needed, I will probably have a yogurt tonight

water: 128 oz so far

exercise: slept in too late to do any this morning, but heading out to Lifetime soon & plan to *at least* do 30 min on the elliptical

snack: ceral bar

dinner: ~1/3 of homemade pizza (1/4 is 310 cal), carrots

snack: 1/2 cheese sandwich

snack- if needed: pudding cup & some fruit salad

water: 104 oz

exercise: 15 min workout this morning
30 min video tonight

Wow... great job on the water! You rock, girl! LOL. Do you refill a water bottle all day? Have any tips? ;-)

I just refill a cup all day- I measured enough to be able to eyeball it now. Lots of ice is the only thing that makes it taste good! Honestly I just sip all day long & it adds up!

snack: tortilla with avocado, diet DP (mostly quit those, but needed some caffeine today)

lunch: turkey burger, patty only, green beans

snack: 3 choc graham crackers- 140 cal, 7 g fat

snack: fruit salad

sanck: tortilla with avocado

dinner #1: 1/2 turkey & spinach sandwich, furit salad

dinner #2: 4 meatballs, pasta

snack: 1 graham

snack: pudding cup

snack: fruit salad

water: 138 oz

exercise: 30 min this morning
30 min tonight

snack: 4 chocolate donut holes (at a meeting)

lunch: 1/2 turkey & spinach sandwich, green beans, fruit salad

snack: cheese stick

dinner #1: meatballs, pasta

dinner #2: 1/2 turkey & spinach sandwich, grapes

snack: if needed pudding cup

water: 104 oz

exercise: this morning my show was pilates which I hate doing, so I skipped
not going to exercise tonight, I have a headache YUCK

No food journal or water journal today. It has been a strange but fun day. DH decided to celebrate Mother's Day today b/c my dad will be in town next weekend, so he surprised me with a picnic/fishing afternoon. Fun, but he (being a man, of course) didn't plan the food & water well. I ate a couple of cookies, most of a poptart & drank 2 sodas. I did have a 6 inch Subway sandwich, so that was good. I did a one mile Walk for Life this morning & lots of running around playing with the kids at our picnic. I didn't eat the best- ate what was available- but I had fun & will be back on track tomorrow!

Forgot to post my weigh in yesterday: 167- down 2 lbs in the week & a total of 44 lbs since Jan! Yeah, hoorah!
