starting point: 211 lbs, currently 169- loss of 42 lbs! Yippee! No real goal at this point, just trying to see where things go with the current plan.
AF started today. :( This month it is especially hard with some other stresses happening plus the baby was due this month. So I feel my control slipping some, but I am trying hard to keep eating healthy & for the right reasons (hunger, not comfort).
breakfast: fried egg, cantelope, toast with butter
snack: shrimp with cocktail sauce
snack: choc cupcake, 1/2 diet DP
lunch: spaghetti (whole wheat noodles)
snack: fruit salad
snack: 100 cal pack of cookies
snack: graham cracker (all that was available in the car)
dinner: turkey burger- patty only, with mustard, fruit salad
dinner #2: 1/2 cheese sandwich, steamed broccoli
snack: if needed probably a pudding cup or yogurt, maybe some more of that addictive fruit salad!
water: 132 oz
exercise: none this morning, planning a video soon
