I think it's time I start a journal.
My starting weight: 143 lbs.
My goal: 130 lbs. by end of March
Today, Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2006: Breakfast: Coffee w/half & half, one fried egg and one slice of 8-grain bread. One banana. Half cup of orange juice.
Lunch: Ham and cheese w/mayo on 8-grain bread. Diet Cherry Coke.
Dinner: Two soft tacos w/chedder cheese, tomato and lettuce.
I'm not a big snacker. My biggest downfall is having a glass or two of wine once the kids are in bed and settled down at night.
Walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes.
