Saturday, August 5, 2006 - day #1 of my exercise and diet program. Glad to be back, beginning my diet and posting here.
Starting weight: 166, goal: 130. Daily goal: 1200-1400 calories daily. Exercise goal: walk 10,000 steps, use lateral stepper 200+ steps.
Breakfast: 1 english muffin (150 calories) with 2 slices of tomato & sprinkle of mozzarella cheese; 2 Butter Nutter cookies (stupid choice...most positive thing I can say about this is that at least they contained no cholesterol)(120 calories). Lunch: soup (220), 22 oyster crackers (60). Anticipated Dinner: boboli pizza (400), mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup limit for day - 80), thin smear of pizza sauce (?), sliced tomatoes (40). Evening snack: 2 full graham cracker sheets (130). Daily Calories: 1200. Will modify posting for changes.
