Joining in after an absence from the board...I can't think of a better way to start the new year! I've had major computer problems at home (soooo slow loading) and can't use the computer at work. I'm going to give it a try from home, cause this is the place where I want to be!!
Overall, I want to lose 25 pounds by summer (I weight 157.5). I have about 20 weeks to goal, so it's possible as long as I stick to it. .
I have two goals that I'm going to try to stick to this month:
(1) Diet - keep it low in cholesterol, low in fats, and limited to 1200 calories.
(2) Exercise - walk one mile during lunch.
