I started my diet on April 22 weighing 175. My weight as of May 1st is 172.5, and my goal is 130. I'll be posting my food journal here on line.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal, cooked, instant, fat not added in cooking ( 0.5 cup) - 113
Flax Seed, (1 tablespoon) – 59

Lunch:
A salad consisting of:
Lettuce, looseleaf, raw (2 cup shredded) – 20
Tomatoes, cherry, raw (less than .25 cup) – 9
Olives, black (3 large ) – 14
Olives, green stuffed (3) - 11
Pace Chunky Salsa (2 tablespoon) – 10
Merzetta roated bell pepper ( 1 tablespoon) – 2
Pepperoncini, greek, STAR ( 1 tablespoon ) – 10
Garbanzo Beans, S&W ( 0.25 cup ) - 40
Tostitos Salsa Con Questo (1 tablespoon) – 20

Dinner:
Rice (1.5 cups) – 205
Sauce, meatless, (.25 cup) – 36
Green Beans (1 cup) - 40
Bread, Garlic, Toasted (1 large slice) – 135

Snack:
Bread, French (2-1/2” slice) – 96
Peanut butter (2 tablespoon ) – 190
Soymilk, Chocolate Silk (1 cup) - 140

Vitamin:
Viactiv Calcium (1 serving) – 20

Total Calories: 1,260
Cholesterol: 0.5 mg. !!!

Exercise:
Walking, 1 mile, 30 minutes
Total Steps (pedometer) – 7,634 (pedometer removed at 6:00 pm)
