Marching March- this month I plane to focus on exercise. I feel that exercise has a strong effect on the rest of my life its amazing. I have been better about doing exercise during the day and I found I have been drinking more water, sleeping better, even eatting better. I am always cold and it helps me get going in the morning ( when I have time to do it then) instead of huddling up on the couch with a blanket.

I feel good today, I over indulged on the bran muffins but ate well over all. I havnt gotten any traditional exercise in yet but I have played with kids, planning a walk with them in a bit. Hopefully after my sons asleep I will be able to get some time on the stepper.

HERES TO MARCH!!!! CHEERS!

Im so proud of myself for not overeatting last night. Normally I eat untel I cant eat no more. I also filled most of my plate with salad and less carbs. or meat ( meats good for you but most people overeat it- we need only small portions- a serving isnt that big).

Today I started my day off with a peice of banana and some blueberries with a bran muffin.

Perhaps by seeing the weight you think that the cookies aren't going to hurt much.

Good luck in holding strong today!! If you are like me - you give yourself permission to eat 1 or 2 then you just don't stop...unfortunately, most of the time I have to just say "no" and pass it off on the kids or send it to work w/ DH. I feel awful at first but then it slowly changes and I feel good about making the best decision. Too bad MIL didn't whip you up a nice fruit salad, lol. It helps so much when others around you are eating healthy!

I had a few eggs for breakfast today and wasnt tempted to eat as much sweets, I wonder if the protein had anything to do with it. I had a good today and have already planned a walk for tomorrow, so tomorrow should be good too.
