I may have inadvertently posted this already, it disappeared while I was typing it. We'll try again.
I know this looks like I ate lots (blushing) but I was trying really hard to cut down.
Breakfast: 1 navel orange, 1 egg fried (no added fat), 1 slice toast with marg. 1 cup coffee with 1 tsp sugar and cream
Snack: One of my weak spots is baking. I baked raisin bars for the kids, and then lost my self control two hours into my efforts at dieting.
3 raisin bars, 1 cup coffee with 1 tsp sugar and cream
Lunch: 1 serving fat free yogurt, broccoli salad, and (gulp) another raisin bar.
Supper: 1/2 cup cooked pasta with Rose sauce, 1/4 cup cooked shrimp. I was going to make a greek salad too, but I was actually too full. I measured my water glass and realized I'd had 5 12oz glasses of water already by supper time.
My goal for tomorrow...self-control regarding the baking.
