So far this month I have lost the weight I gained back. SO 3 3/4 lbs lost. I am still drinking a TON of water. At least 6 & at most 16 cups a day. I have cut my calories by more than half. I need to start taking some vitamins though as my hair is falling out (or so it seems on the floor). I can't work out this week as I had to go to the ER on monday for what the dr thought could've been my appendix but turned out to be stress induced GI spasms. So, I haven't had a chance to go. I have been taking it easy.

My caloric intake on a really good day is around 975. But I am not hungry...I don't force myself to eat so little just don't need it. On my other days it stays around 1300. Once in a while it is an all out food feast LOL. But for the most part those are the two that I have. I like the idea of just resting. I have lost about 11 lbs total since getting serious & 17 since January (a LOT of not serious LOL). I found out that the pain comes back when I am really under a lot of stress. It did today but I stayed & worked through it. My stomach is showing the inches being lost. It looks nasty.

You should never go under 1200 calories!

I am soo tired of getting sick! I am home from work for the 3rd day because of an allergic reaction. I was covered in hives from the top of my head to the tips of my toes! Today is the third day, and they are almost gone. The dr isn't sure if it is because of eating something, drinking something, or touching something. So, until it is gone I am not allowed to the gym (because one of my staples there is the infared sauna) Heat brings out the hives right now. So, I am drinking lots of water (between 12-16 glasses a day) and watching what I eat.

That is my update.
