Down another pound today for 3.5 total since Monday. I also fit into a pair of pants that I put on and took back off last week because they were too unfomfortable. I'm feeling really lethargic today though. My muscles are slightly sore from the weight training yesterday I guess, but moreso my limbs just feel really heavy.

Breakfast: Coffee w/ creamer, greek yogurt

16 oz water

Lunch: I stirfried a little rice with zucchini and mushrooms - only used 1 tbsp of oil.

16 oz water

Exercise - 30 min fat burning cardio

16 oz water

Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese

I do need to eat more fruit. I don't really like many types of fruit, but I'll try to squeeze some more in!

Down another pound today, for a total of 4.5 - hooray!

I have been waking up every morning with a pounding headache though. This has never happened before. Is it from not eating enough? Or maybe because I'm drinking SO MUCH WATER throughout the day, then I go 8 hours at night without drinking anything?

Morning: Yogurt & coffee at 7 am. By 9:30 I was **starving** so I made an omlette with two eggs, a tiny bit of ham, and a cup of baby spinach.

Lunch: Big salad, 1 tbsp dressing, low fat feta, sprinkling of sunflower kernals, chickpeas

Exercise: 25 min cardio, plus abs and buns

Starving again around 3:30, so I had some cheese and crackers

Dinner: leftover chicken enchilada

Water - either 8 or 9 glasses, I lost track!

Just 2 - 3 servings a day is all that you need.

Are you a big coffee drinker and have cut back or cut out caffeine??

No change in caffeine. Maybe I can try some protein before bed and see if that helps. I was so darn hungry today that I wonder if it's just the dramatic drop in food intake that's causing it.

It might be, but I think that more protein in your diet will help!

Only 1/2 lb loss yesterday for a total of 5 lbs so far this week. Not bad, but it sure was nice to see a pound a day! I know this will probably slow down a bit now. I can already see a small difference though, so that is exciting.

Today:

Breakfast: Hard-boiled egg, coffee, light creamer

Workout: 40 min cardio

Snack: Baby carrots, handful of roasted chickpeas,16 oz water

Lunch: Tuna, 1 tbsp light ranch dressing mixed in, whole wheat crackers

16 oz water
