4/20 - I've lost 2.5 lbs since starting my diet/exercise on Monday. Yay!

Breakfast: two eggs scrambled with fresh spinach, coffee

12 oz water

Snack: baby carrots

16 oz water

Lunch: low fat chili with just a few tortilla chips

16 oz water

Exercise: 30 min beginner Zumba, plus about 15 min of some strength training

8 oz water

Dinner: Chicken burrito, salad

16 oz water

Down 1/2 pound today and fitting into another pair of pants that were too snug a few weeks ago.

I snuck in an apple. I also bought some juice that is 2 servings of fruit and 2 of veggies in each glass. Hope that helps? It's only 140 calories. I figured even if I only drank 1/2 cup that would give me a decent amount of the fruits & veggies. Does juice count instead of eating the actual food?

I am back down that 1 lb that I gained over the weekend!

Breakfast: whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter, coffee w/ cream

Snack: baby carrots

Lunch: salad w/ hard boiled eggs and light ranch dressing

1 glass of water so far

Snack: apple

Dinner: Rice, stir-fried chicken with broccoli (I made it at home, so barely used any oil.)

I think I got in 8 glasses of water, but I did succomb to 2 mint milano cookies.

Same weight today. :( I need to get back to 8 glasses of water per day and a good workout.

Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, yogurt

8 oz water

Lunch: I made 2 deviled eggs using fat free ranch dressing instead of mayo

8 oz water

Exercise: 30 min cardio

Snack: apple

Dinner: Ham & Greenbean soup

Snack: pretzel crisps

*I also ate a little sliver of a divine chocolate cupcake!

We had a great weekend and I really didn't do bad on food at all...it was more the drinks that killed my diet. Oh, and maybe a few too many cookies at the "warm cookie buffet" at the hotel.

I gained one pound back. I'm disappointed, but not surprised, and certainly glad it wasn't more than that.

Back on the wagon today!
