4/20 - I've lost 2.5 lbs since starting my diet/exercise on Monday. Yay!

Breakfast: two eggs scrambled with fresh spinach, coffee

12 oz water

Snack: baby carrots

16 oz water

Lunch: low fat chili with just a few tortilla chips

16 oz water

Exercise: 30 min beginner Zumba, plus about 15 min of some strength training

8 oz water

Dinner: Chicken burrito, salad

16 oz water

Up 1/2 lb today. I really hope it's due to all the exercise.

Breakfast: coffee, Special K cereal

Ok, back down that extra 1/2 lb today. Trying to be good today because we have a pizza/birthday party tomorrow at our favorite pizza place. I'd love to have a slice!

Breakfast: Special K with 2% milk, coffee with creamer

8 oz water

Lunch: hummus & pretzel chips, apple

12 oz water

Snack: 2% cottage cheese

12 oz water

Dinner: Taco night - I'll try to have a big salad and not splurge too much.

Okay, I'm back. I had a rough week last week personally, which led to a bad week on my diet. I'm still below my starting weight, but I did gain 1.5 lb back. But, here I am. The good news is that I did still get in some exercise, even though I was eating like crap.

Down .5 lb today.I might not be losing much, but I'm starting to see (very small) changes in my body.

Food today:
Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - 2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms, 16 oz water
Snack - apple
Dinner - baked chicken & salad
Dessert - ice cream :smileysurprised:

Exercise:
2 mile walk / 30 min

Lunch - hummus & pita chips

Exercise - 30 min cardio + strength

Remenber every pound or a portion of a pound counts and adds up! Congrats on the loss!! Glad to hear that you are seeing positive changes in your body! Breakfast looked a little skimpy...but glad to see that you even found time for dessert! Everyone should have it once in a while! Great job on the exercise!
