I would like to start a journal to keep track of my progress and make myself feel like I have someone to answer to when I get lazy.
today I was able to walk on the treadmill for 1hour 37minutes. I also did 25 minutes exercise video. Wt. was 145-147 11/29

I was able to work out for 25 minutes and then walk on the treadmill for 61 minutes. Wt, 145-146 Goal for the end of December 140-143lbs. The last two days my calorie intake has been around 1450.

Another great day!! My calorie intake was a little higher around 1500-1550 but not that far off. I was able to exercise for 25min. and then walk/run on the treadmill for 72min. The treadmill display states I burned 675 calories!! then the video I do is around 300 calories. I hope that the treadmill really registers right!! Thanks for all the support I receive everyday. I really think it helps knowing people are losing wt. with you. Wt for day 144-146. (My husband tells me to stop weighing daily and start weekly only.) Until tomorrow.......

Well another ok day~ I went to bob Evans for dinner. I was able to look at Calorieking.com before going to know what I could eat within my set calories left. I actually still made my goal of 1500 calories yesterday and ate out!! I feel really good. I only was able to walk to the treadmill last night for 62 minutes and no do extra exercise but I think shopping with a 2year old and 6 year old for two hours has to be worth some sort of exercise LOL!!! Any way I hope still to make my goal of 140 by the end of the month. I think my over all goal is 120-125! Thanks again for all the support.

Well I am not quite sure I can count today as a success or not. I ended up eating around 1900 calories for the day!! About 400-500 over my goal. I tried to make-up for it. Does anyone know if that actually works? I did a mommy and me swim lesson with my daughter for 30min, my usual 25min. video and then made up by also walking on the treadmill for 90min. So I am hoping that all balances out and I still end up losing for the week, Thanks again for all the positive feedback it really does make a difference. Wt 144-145.

Actually varying your caloric intake can help you to lose weight by keeping your body guessing.
