Sorry I've been MIA - I had strep throat, a stomach virus and pink eye ... loads of fun! And then the last few days have been spent catching up on all the stuff I got behind on for school and work while I was sick! But now I'm back - and happy to say that I have lost almost 30 pounds since Jan 1 :)

I'm not even going to catch up my February journal, I'll just go back to March 1 - I was still a little weakish feeling so I didn't walk that morning on the treadmill -

v8 Vfusion to take am meds
16.9 oz water on the way to work
oatmeal and 16.9 oz water for breakfast
no snack
turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, BBQ baked lays and unsweetened applesauce for lunch with 16.9 oz water
(edited dinner - I put Wed night's dinner instead of Thurs lol)
for dinner I had a chicken cutlet breaded in whole wheat flower and sauted in peanut oil, corn and baby lima beans and a whole wheat roll with 8 oz water
16.9 oz water after dinner
Totals: no exercise, 4 bottles (75.6 oz) water plus 8 oz juice
Not a great day, but I was getting back into the swing of things

March 2
15 minutes on the treadmill and 20 oz water
8 oz v8 Vfusion to take am meds
16.9 oz water on the way to work
oatmeal and 16.9 oz water for breakfast
no snack again
turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, unsweetened applesauce and 16.9 oz water for lunch
salad, grilled salmon and a baked potato (very little butter and sour cream) plus one hush puppy for dinner with 2 glasses of water, applesauce for dessert
ww toffee ice cream bar for snack
Totals: only 15 minutes exercise, 86.7 oz water, 8 oz juice
a better day but still now quite back on track completely

so far today
30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 oz water
V8 Vfusion to take am meds
16.9 oz water and oatmeal for breakfast
