Today's experience (3/20)

I know I know..its only been 2 weeks. I know I just had a baby. I know it takes time. (My body takes about 6 months of rigorous exercise and concious eating)

but...

I went to Kohls today to find some clothes. I have to wear suits and dress clothes. All my expensive suits are too small so I decided to go for some cheaper clothes to tide me over until I lose weight.

I had a major crying meltdown in Kohls with the way clothes were fitting me. I'm 5/6 and while I have 30 lbs to lose, I don't think that I'm THAT big to NEED to be almost in PLUS sized clothes...I lost it, threw the clothes I had tried on into DH's hands and walked out.

*sigh* :-/

I actually had her saturday and went back to school on Weds! LOL I wore maternity clothes then. I went back full time today (so 2 weeks post partum). I went ahead adn bought some cheap pants and a few shirts to tide me over til summer! 6 weeks!

Haven't weighed myself this week but I've been sticking with low carb for most meals. It's been hard for dinner because people have been providing meals and it seems like people always give pasta, rice and/or bread LOL!

Went walking every day except yesterday and probably today b/c it's been raining :-/

Ours was lasagna.....we ended up with 3 platters of the stuff!!
