Ok today is a new day and if i don't take care of me no one else will so

1 20 oz water
2 16 oz cups of coffee
forgot to put my pedometer on until after i gave MIL a bath cleaned the bathroom did a load of laundry but at 800 right now in a little over a half hour LOL
I think they call that running LOL
lunch:
2 small pieces of pizza ...................................300
well not as much as you and mine all belongs to someone else, it will all be over soon and all will be back to the way it was. I can get back to my studies and my learning and my dvd and my walking and be as good as new (I hope anyhow) LOL
Not enough?? Now what did I tell you about 1hr/day? huh? huh? And also you need to get out of that negativity. If I did 30min twice in one day I'd be jumping up and down with joy......well I'd probably be too tired to be jumping but I'd be really really happy with myself. Positive thoughts. nuff said
