Bad me.....taking this long to start an August Journal
Breakfast - 100 cal pudding (No time to eat)
Lunch - BBQ chips - then off to the grocery store
Dinner - Cheeseburger on a bun with mustard, pickles, ketchup, onion and tomato, ear of corn with spray butter, 1/2 of a pear, tomato and cucumber slices
Snack - Bagel crisps - Think that I'm so tired I need the carbs to keep going.

Breakfast - 2 slices peanut butter toast
Lunch - Bag of trail mix
Dinner - Grilled chicken with salsa and cheese, 2 servings of potatoes (bad....but they were sooo good) ear of corn with spray butter, Caesar salad (1/2 serving)

Bad girl day!
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Out getting hair cut - Medium sundae with hot fudge, caramel, and pecans
Snack - trail mix
Dinner - Angel hair pasta, sauce, meatballs, 2 rolls with margarine
Water - 32 ounces
Steps - Only 1266 - Spent the afternoon cleaning my family room carpet and you don't take many steps...mostly arm motion

Breakfast - Cinnamon Weight Loss Oatmeal
Lunch - 1/2 cup pasta with tomato sauce on it.
Snack - Pretzel with cheese, ice cream
Dinner - 1/2 chicken breast, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob with spray butter, tomatoes, oranges
Water - 8 glasses
Pedometer - I have no idea as I took it off when we went to the pool and forgot to put it back on.
good job Sue I really need to start eating breakfast again
seems everytime I think I am getting back on track something happens ,my therapist says all that will happen once I get settled and start thinking of me first for a change, what a huge change that is going to be for me. He said it will also help me to put my abusers in the place they belong instead of worring about them and wondering how to help them,
