Bad me.....taking this long to start an August Journal
Breakfast - 100 cal pudding (No time to eat)
Lunch - BBQ chips - then off to the grocery store
Dinner - Cheeseburger on a bun with mustard, pickles, ketchup, onion and tomato, ear of corn with spray butter, 1/2 of a pear, tomato and cucumber slices
Snack - Bagel crisps - Think that I'm so tired I need the carbs to keep going.
