Friday April 9


Breakfast 1 cup rolled oats and banana


Lunch - Salad with home made vinegar and oil dressing, and an apple


Snack - Orange


Dinner - Sauteed chicken tenderloins, with no yolk noodles, sa;ad with home made vinegar and oil dressing, and fruit salad of mangos and strawberries.

I'm sure the diet is VERY difficult to stick to but it sounds like you are doing great!

Breakfast 1/2 cup rolled oats with maple syrup and nutrasweet....yes I see the conflict, but the syrup added some flavor and I didn't want it to have too many calories so just put a little in.

I just got my period and gained 2 pounds too... so it might not be that bad! Besides, you shouldn't be focusing on that scale, just focus on getting better. Praying for you daily and hoping the rest of this diet phase goes quickly for you.
