Breakfast - 2 eggs, scrambled with skim milk, onions, green peppers and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 1 slice of lightly buttered toast, coffee with lite creamer and Equal, my daily fiber supplement, my medication, my daily multivitamin, my magnesium supplement, Vitamin C tablet, and a Calcium Chew.
Hey Sue, I hope you ate more than that yesterday..lol
Yep I blew the day, but it was too crazy to get back yesterday.
Friday, January 6
Breakfast - 1- 100 calorie bagel lightly toasted
Lunch - Salad with bacon and cheese and oriental dressing.
Snacks - My dd brought me some chocolate covered Caramel popcorn (Sold by the Boy Scouts!!
Breakfast - A bagel lightly buttered with coffee with lite creamer and equal.
Monday - 1/9
Much more in control because I got a call to go to work.
Tuesday January 10
Breakfast - Lightly toasted lightly buttered bagel and a banana
Lunch - Salad and 3 packs of crackers with 1 packet of ranch dressing, and baked apples
Dinner 1 1/2
