Breakfast - 2 slices of cinnamon toast with some margarine and sugar, coffee with lite creamer and Equal


Water - 12 ounces coffee, 16 ounces water


Steps - I have a new battery for my pedometer....Cyndi always buy 2 then you have one for when you need it!

and after the batteries are purchased, try not t break the pedmeter changing it! hehehe

Some good.....some bad.....sigh!!!

Lunch - PB &J on wheat, bag of cheetos (no 100 calorie packs)


Snack - 15 saltines with margarine and sugar.....something we use to eat as kids and I liked it.
