Ok it's not May till tomorrow but I'm going to start a day early.
had a great day was within 400 steps of 10,000 for the day. I have yet to hit 10,000 steps in one day but plan to change that soon. Eating has been going well I've made lots of healthier choices and splurged a little but haven't let it keep me down. I'm still at about 178 which I've been at for a while after I lost the 5 but am going to get more serious and start shedding more pounds for summer.
Sue if I miss more than 2 days with no reason poke me hard( or kick me in the butt) to get me back on track.
