Ok it's not May till tomorrow but I'm going to start a day early.

had a great day was within 400 steps of 10,000 for the day. I have yet to hit 10,000 steps in one day but plan to change that soon. Eating has been going well I've made lots of healthier choices and splurged a little but haven't let it keep me down. I'm still at about 178 which I've been at for a while after I lost the 5 but am going to get more serious and start shedding more pounds for summer.

Sue if I miss more than 2 days with no reason poke me hard( or kick me in the butt) to get me back on track.

Ok sofar today I've had
4 glasses of water
2 sausages (1 in a bun)
peanut butter sandwich on sunflower and flaxseed bread
10 honey wheat sun chips
1 cup pasta salad (orzo pasta with tuna, light mayo, green onion and chives)

I'm at 2392 steps sofar (oh add at least 50 to that i worked the stairs this morning trying to get the girls up. I went down twice and up 3 times)

I got a new magazine to read so I'm going to sit and relax after the girls go to bed.

Well I ended up eating another sausage not long after I posted. I was a bit hungry still. I got up to 6082 steps plus about another 50 or so running up and down again last night. *sigh*

Sofar this morning I've gone up and down (that's up to the top floor and down to the basement) I'll be making another trip to wake up the girls so they can get ready for school then I'm going back to bed. I'm trying to fight off a cold that is slowly getting worse. :(

Thanks Sue still not feeling the best. if the kiddos go to bed I'll be following.

Today I've had.

2 cups macaroni salad leftover from yesterday.
2 fruit Popsicles
4 pieces chicken thighs (1 large 3 small)
mashed potatoes with green onion, chives and 2 forks of sour cream
1 cup corn
4 glasses of water
2 servings of sun chips

haven't moved much today cause I'm not feeling well. I'm at 1346 plus at least 100 steps from this morning.

Well I just got a huge surprise this morning. I decided to put my pedometer on just to see how many steps i was taking in the morning. i had fgured about 50 to get the girls up...

Wrong...I've been shortchanging myself. I take 50 steps just going up and down the stairs once. (that's not including the basement) My total steps this morning to get the kids off and out the door was 450.

I'm feeling a little better again today (got a 2 hour nap after they went off to school)

Off to make a power smoothie for breakfast before I run a few errands.

I'm feeling much better today Sue thanks. I went and did my errands and got me and the little one a treat before coming back home small chocolate dipped cones from Dairy Queen (first time I haven't gotten my usual cheeseburger combo with a small blizzard.)

Oh and I came home to find my package of supplements sitting on my doorstep :)
