hello there, i hope i'm doing this right...so i'll just list wait i ate?!?!


breakfast - 1 muffin and 2 cups of diet decaf iced tea


lunch - chicken salad on whole wheat bread and 16 ounces of water


snack - an apple and 16 ounces of water


dinner - boneless chicken and broccoli - 2 cups of iced tea and 1 cup of water

okay so i did alright for yesterday...not the best...but okay


breakfast - 1 packet of raisin oatmeal and iced tea(diet and decaf)


lunch - 1 small bowl of spaghetti o's and 12 ounces of water


snack.. 4 oreo's..(was having a moment) - 12 ounces of water


dinner - a small piece of bonelss and skinless chicken and some lean steak with a small amount of broccoli and corn - 16 ounces of water


snack - (at work) half piece of pizza

okay i did horriable yesterday...BUT i have a REASON..lol my sister-in-law who is my best friend and more like a sister to me just moved her and my 2 small nephews to florida (i live in rhode island) so i had a break down!


breakfast - 2 packets of raisin oatmeal and some iced tea(decaf and diet)


snack - 5 oreo's and 12 ounces of water


lunch - 1 can of spaghettio's with 2 slices of cheese and 2 glasses of iced tea


snack - 5 more oreo's


dinner - lean steak with corn and broccoli with 12 ounces of water and 8 ounces of iced tea


snack - 5 MORE oreo's

okay so for today, a little better than yesterday


breakfast - 1 corn muffin and 12 ounces of water


snack - 3 oreo's


lunch - ramen noodle soup with 3 pieces of cheese and 16 ounces of iced tea


snack - 2 oreo's


dinner - 2 small pieces of pizza with broccoli,tomatoes and bacon on it with 16 ounces of iced tea


snack - 1 yougurt with 1/2 cup of granola and 12 ounces of water


note: i work nights but i'm up most of the day so it seems like i eat alot...any advice for that? for instance i woke up this morning at 7am but i work until 4am and then i'll sleep until 8am and do it again...i only work 3-4 nights per week so it's not THAT bad...but still..i feel like a pig sometimes
