hello there, i hope i'm doing this right...so i'll just list wait i ate?!?!
breakfast - 1 muffin and 2 cups of diet decaf iced tea
lunch - chicken salad on whole wheat bread and 16 ounces of water
snack - an apple and 16 ounces of water
dinner - boneless chicken and broccoli - 2 cups of iced tea and 1 cup of water
