I'm pretty good on this except meal skipping has become an issue - especially breakfast. I'd say I skip breakfast 4 out of 5 mornings :( For the past year I've been able to pack my breakfast and eat when I got settled at work but now I go straight into the classroom so unless I eat something in the car it is a no-breakfast day. Yesterday, I skipped dinner because I was late for my college class and then another skipped breakfast today.....boy was I weak by lunch today!! I really wasn't that hungry but I had *no* energy.
Maybe I should keep
I keep a box of Fiber One Bars in my purse for those early morning breakfasts at work.....and in case I need a snack.
I haven't tried those....any particular flavor better than the others?? You know I'm fond of chocolate :)
The chocolate peanut butter ones are really good!
