Going to a graduation HELP

So my hubby family is trying to get all the Guzman's together and so we got invited to a graduation party to meet everyone. I do not know the girl graduating and neither does Joe. What kind of gift should we get her. I was thinking like a 20 dollar gift card to starbucks but Joe said what if she doesnt drink coffee. I could go check out her FB page but then i kind of feel like a stalker lol.

Graduating from HS or College? If HS, is she going on to college? If so, a gift card to best buy or someplace like that? She's going to need something for college. Or, honestly, just money? I know (and this was years ago...) I got more checks for graduation gifts than anything else.

Just put the twenty in a card, or give her a gift card to a place like Target where she could get a wide variety of stuff.

I'm with Amie & Sarah. I usually do a little bit of cash or a gift card to Target or Walmart depending on what city they live in. Have fun at the graduation party.

I would do cash or Target. If you've never met her, I wouldn't have a problem giving less than $20. I even think $10 would be plenty.
