How do I use Karo Syrup

Help ... baby is very constipated, as usual. I don't want to keep using suppositories so I went to the store and bough Karo Syrup (light) and prune juice. Now I can't remember how much and what to mix each with. Would like to try the Karo first before introducing juice to DD.
Any help, asap, is appreciated !!!

sorry this is an hour late, you're supposed to use 2tsp of light karo syrup in 4 oz of water to make the glycerine solution.... that's what the pediatrician told me.... after that, I used the juice (2oz of juice 2 oz of water) and she had a big BM the next day!! (had smaller, looser stools the same day as I gave the juice and karo syrup though)

Thanks Chrissy .. I did the Karo syrup so now it is just a waiting game. If nothing happens by tomorrow morning,I'll move onto the prune juice.

hi there! my baby was constipated really bad. The Karo syrup worked in about two days... i know that is a long time to wait but it does work! i thought nothing was coming out of my poor daughter's buns she was soooo constipated.. but it finally did. I seriously just texted my husband to tell him that his daughter finally took a dump. wow- i am truly a parent now. lol.
