u could give your baby a bath right before bed time and put some rice cereal in her bottle at night then she'll stay full longer.

thanks for the suggestions! we do bath time at 9:15, then we give her a bottle right after.. then it is off to dreamland! we stopped doing the rice cereal thing after she got constipated. i don't know if that was the cause.. we also switched formula at that time. now we are back to the other formula and she's resumed the poopin'. hehe. so maybe we will experiment with the cereal again here soon!
thanks!

Perhaps it will make you feel better to hear about my typical night?

Most babies start sleeping longer stretches at night once they are over about 12 - 12 1/2 lbs. Alayna just started last week one night and has every since. She sleeps from about 10 - 4 give or take and then goes back town for a few more hours. Hopefully that gives you some hope - just keep praying for more pounds :) She has also started going a little longer between feedings during the day - instead of 2 to 3 hours, she is going 3 to 4.

Well, Matthew Has a bottle before his bath between 8- 8:30pm.. He then gets ANOTHER bottle.. till he is full and asleep.. Usually by 9:30-10pm... Then, When I go to bed between 11:30-12:30pm.. I do what is called a "Dreamfeed" and thats exactly what it is..

I pick him up out of bed.. and wake him just enough for him to drink 1-2ozs and then its back off to "Dreamland"!!! LOl.. And he will sleep until 4:30-6:30am.. so it depends on when we do a "Dreamfeed.." The later he gets it.. the longer he usually sleeps!!!

Good Luck and I hope it helps!!!

Joey isn't either. Some kids just don't.
