Lana has been cracking DH and I up lately. As soon as she wakes up, she screams at the top of her lungs "MOMMY! DADDY! I'M AWAKE! COME GET ME!" Not crying or anything, good mood, just LOUD!

I can't imagine yelling like that the moment I wake up!

I love to listen to her in the morning.. This morning she was singing "Happy birthday to me" to the tune of Twinkle Twinkle little star (she thinks today is her birthday because she's having a little CEC party tonight) Some mornings she's just talking to herself, or playing with her toys, or saying "HI" to the dogs. Other times she screams "HEY MOM!! I wake!!"

She's such a good morning kid. Perfectly content to play in her room while I sleep in a little bit (never past 8:30 anymore)

Amelia goes from complete silence to "LET ME OUT!!" at the top of her lungs. We have one of those child proof doorknob covers on her door, though we've found even days when her door is open she shouts that.

My AD screams every morning "Mommy, Mommy...Ok, Daddy, Daddy come get me!!". I guess he knows my DH moves faster then I do!

I never thought about how weird it is to be screaming right when you wake up but you're right...it's funny!

Joey yells too "Mom I did sleeping!" and then runs full speed down the hallway to me. I cant imagine RUNNING (nevermind yelling) 30 seconds after you get up!

I can usually get a "hi momma" out of him, but other than that he's perfectly fine with laying in my bed and watching tv.

LOL, I'm with you and Rach, I can't imagine yelling and running the second I wake up!

Robin usually calls for whoever put her to bed to come get her (she was calling for Mimi Tuesday morning b/c Monday night Jeff's mom babysat for us and put her to bed, LOL).

If her diaper has leaked, she will say "I pee-peed!!!!"

Once we go in there to get her, she will say "I watch a movie??" That girl is addicted to movies.

Grace lets herself out of bed, comes in my room, and asks if it's time to get up yet.

Nolan says either 'Mom - come get me' or 'Help Me Mom' - cause he doesn't like to get down from my bed on his own.

Aidan gets right in my face and says: "Eat bre-fast. Eat bre-fast. Eat bre-fast. Eat bre-fast." until I drag myself out of bed to pour his cereal. I have to beg, borrow, and plead to get him to eat any other meal, but the kid loves his breakfast. Occasionally he wakes me up with "Mooom! Evan wake!"
