I am having Easter brunch at my house this year, and cna't decide on a menu. Other than ham, what do you serve?

Growing up we used to do a traditional ham, deviled eggs, potatoes, etc. and usually an Easter cake.

honey glazed ham with cherries and pineapple
deviled eggs
potato salad
macaroni salad
easy cheesy bacon potatos bake (can give you recipe if you like)
corn or some other veggie
rolls
lemon cupcakes with cream cheese icing for dessert
some kind of pudding pie for dessert as well

We have done that, BBQ, on occasion. However today it is in the 30's & snowing here, and the weekend isn't supposed to be much warmer. Such a bummer. So ham it is.

We are going to make a bunny cake, you know the white cake that you make into a bunny head? The kids will like decorating that. I guess I will make deviled eggs, since I will already have a bunch of boiled eggs anyway. I am also going to make potato cassarole, the kind with corn flakes. I may go with a salad, hmmm...

I am cooking my first ever Easter lunch this year for my inlaws no less. I am a bit freaked out. We are having ham, green bean cass, potato cass, broccoli, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes (for my BIL) and rolls. Lily and I will be making our traditional bunny cake for dessert.

Well, this year Easter and my 12th anniversary fall on the sme day so our menu will be at a restaurant!!
