For the last few months it seems like Kenniston has been torturing her baby brother or sister (for some reason it is usually Jack).

Lizzy gets sent to her room to her timeout chair if she backtalks/mouths off, or doesn't listen. Usually it's a 3 minute timeout and we go to get her and tell her that we don't appreciate being talked back to, and it's not nice to be mean to others.

Oh, and she gets 3 chances to listen. Usually each time it's followed by 'NO!' which leads to time out

When Lucas gets in trouble, it almost always involves his big brother and to a lesser extent, his big sister.

Sounds like a lot of ADs enjoy tormenting siblings.

Nate usually picks on Julia, but it's more of an equal thing, she picks on him, he picks on her, then they tattle and whine and they both get a time out.

Aidan's most frequent offense by far is not using an inside voice. My fault, I'm a yeller too. He's also been pretty bad about hanging on Evan till Evan (who's only been walking about three months) topples and hits his head on our hardwood floors.

When Noah is in trouble it is almost always for not listening!! Occasionally it is from sassy talk but usually that is because he is not listening :)

Amelia is funny, she is very stubborn, in a very quiet sort of way. A couple of times I've given her a choice of something that needs to be done or time out, and she'll choose time out. Things like changing her diaper, or putting her shoes on as we are going out the door. She then goes (on her own steam) sits in time out, I'll ask her are you ready to have your diaper changed, she'll look at me and say NO. After a few minutes, she'll change her mind, and let me change her. Silly things that take 30 seconds, and she flat out refuses to do. Other than her quiet stubborness, she's been tormenting her big brother (my 5 year old). She's bitten him 2 or 3 times, and will hit him when he tells her no (usually in regards to her taking something he's playing with, and running as fast as she can away). She gets time outs for that, too.

Yep...nine times out of ten it's defnitely taking toys from his brother and not sharing.
