My understanding is drs can't do anything more to help Zach so they've brought in hospice. Pray for the whole family! Pray that special memories would be made & just pray for them as they go through this horrible time!!

Oh my goodness....my heart is breaking for her. Sending huge prayers....I cannot even imagine!

My heart goes out to Jen and family. Praying for them in this difficult time. I cannot imagine :(
