So the yogurt, strawberries and granola were for breakfast? Then the salad for lunch. The little things snacks in between? (cheese, celery & PB) I agree that breakfast should be the most calories, and when I ate the breakfast burritos and clementine for breakfast (around 400 calories), I stayed full longer ALL day, not just until lunch. But it usually doesn't work for me that way either. Sigh....

I had papa johns pizza for dinner tonight and enjoyed every bite of it. And not just one piece. :) I'm over calories for the first time since I started counting, and I'm not even fretting. I did great all day, so I thought pizza would be ok for a change. Tomorrow is another day.
