So how did everyone do this week?
I did better than I expected this week considering I was not able to walk a couple of days last week. I did manage to exercise 5 out of 7 days and I'm down another 2 lbs. Here's to keeping it up!!

Hilarie & Lori-Hope you are feeling better about things. I know it's hard to get into it especially when you just want to hang out (and double especially if you're feeling crummy).
We skied both days this weekend-so I did get my 7 of 7 days of exercise. Happy me. This morning I went to CrossFit & did a workout called the "Angie". It was supposed to be 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 situps & 100 squats all done for time. (The good people should get it done in 20 minutes or less-but no one there today finished all 100 of them in under 30 minutes) I did 70 of each in 29:20. I was proud of myself-of course my pullups are inclined ring rows (so not nearly as hard) and I did the pushups on my knees. But I did it. Happy me. :) And-by the time I got home I felt fine. Strange-I really felt like I should have exercised again tonight-but didn't make the time for it.
I took advantage of my bonus time yesterday and managed to get in an elliptical work out. Today it's 40 degrees and sunny so I got in my lunchtime walk.
