Are your Mondays crazy? Or is it so nice to send the kid(s) back to school after the weekend that you actually enjoy the day?

I actually like Mondays (especially since I'm not working right now). Calla is always in a great mood & totally ready to go back to school. Lacey is happy to have a little extra mom-time. It's usually laundry day for me-but I have been doing a few loads over the weekend lately too so it's not as overwhelming as it used to be.

Our school weeks are always crazy so yes, Mondays are crazy here. It doesn't help that I'm a teacher and have lots of school stuff going on too. The weekends are nice because we're usually all in the same place at the same time.

Monday mornings are a little busy at work in the early morning but after that it quiets down.

While Mondays should be crazy, I actually take some "me" time.

Mondays are my "day off". I don't usually do anything unless it's something fun. That's why I go grocery shopping on Tuesday. I need Monday to unwind. It's like coming home from vacation where you're just glad to be home. It's slowly becoming our take-out night because of this, too.
