hi, I have flown with a three month old. My little girl is now six months and we are flying again in 3 days. I gave her a nap about 3 hours before we went to the airport. She insisted on a bottle at the airport while we were waiting for the flight so I was not able to give her one on take off, but she fell asleep as we were accelerating for take off and slept the entire way. Probably because I was able to keep her awake before hand. She was magnificant!!!! The pressure changes did not seem to bother her at all. She woke up as we were getting off the plane happy as a lark! On the way home it happened the same way and once again she did great! Hope this helped, Good luck!!

I have no advice, just wishes for a fabulous trip! Do you have family there or is it strictly a pleasure trip? My mom and brother live there and I'm really wanting to visit. I'm just too chicken to fly with Emma yet.

Have fun in Vegas. I always do!

My sister decided that she wanted a Vegas wedding, so we are making our first trip there for that.

Jacob and I flew just this week... he was 7 weeks old and did awesome. Besides soother/boob/bottle during take off and landing, i would suggest requesting the bulk heads (sp?) ... there was so much more room for me to feed him (i told the ticket person that i was breastfeeding and was hoping to have more room). The airline was awesome in accommodating me. Also, the airline i flew with allows you to check two baby items at the gate. We checked the stroller (universal infant seat carrier) and the car seat. It was perfect as you can keep the baby in the infant seat and stroller until you get to the gate and then leave it as you board the plane. As soon as you land, its there waiting for you at the doors.

HTH!
