No Laurie,it's very annoying. I hate trying to find where I "left off" especially when it's been a chatty day.

A will be Hermione. D will be a lion. They can not dress up at school. Daycare is doing a party on Monday. With pizza. So I will pick my kid up at 5ish and she wont be hungry for dinner. Thanks.

Appraisal came back and we nicely beat the 80/20 needed for refi. We should close in a week.

That's great Christine! I wonder if the VA loan program has those same 80/20 requirements. If so we're screwed. I don't think it does though. We need to do it soon. I think we'd save around $500-$600 a month!

I noticed that my siggy came back this morning...weird.  But only Camryn's birthday ticker...not Natalie's.
