That's the way it works...right, Val? For several days, I've been saying, "I'll give him one more day. He'll probably be fine tomorrow." LOL

Val - hopefully you get an effective doc. Do you have a choice, or do they pick? At this stage hopefully they realize it's in everybody's best interest to find a quick resolution.

Cross-posting a Facebook whine. My tomato plants have blight! It's pretty bad. I didn't know what to look for and I let it go too long. Too bad, because it looked like I was going to get a lot of good tomatos.

Michelle, I know that when the kids are sick, they perk up right before the dr and crash again after. They are always making a liar out of me. Either that or they show signs of an ear infection on a thursday night - which means i have to take them in friday when it is too early or tough it out through a weekend. Usually i take them in early and look crazy when there is nothing wrong.

Val, I hope the doctors can get this solved quickly. That kind of bureaucracy drives me crazy.

Michelle, I can sympathize. I have the same black thumb Alicia does. I recently planted a pretty kind of "weed" in a pot outside my front door. I thought a weed would be harder to kill. WRONG!

Loan drama update. I gave up - not pursuing Wells Fargo - loooong story. I am so tired of dealing with this. I have been working on this since the end of June. I signed the loan papers today and transferred a frightening amount of money to the bank. I still got a very good deal so why give myself an ulcer over chasing interest rates. Done. Hello lower payments.

Next project. Ideas? I can't remember what was on my mental list.

LOL. I know, the Dr. was like, "he's sick?" Then after a few minutes his nose started running, so he was a witness at that point. I knew I was wasting my time, but was trying to prevent supreme mommy guilt in case he had hidden pneumonia, or something...right?
